Direct control room experience is a plus but not requiredA compliance business analyst skill set: requirements gathering, process documentation, data analysis, and working effectively alongside technology teamsWorking understanding of MNPI, information barriers, and conflicts management principlesGenuine data fluency, including hands-on SQL, with the ability to build tools and processes rather than simply consume reports. Python is a plus.
