By automating Transfer Pricing, Caribou makes Big Four expertise accessible to global businesses, replacing manual translation of dense jurisdiction-specific data with elegant, actionable software for finance leaders. Job Description You will lead the evolution of Caribou’s user interface, transforming complex international tax rules into intuitive data visualizations for CFOs. In practice, you’ll own features end-to-end-from Postgres migrations to building data-dense entity graphs-ensuring high UI craft while leveraging AI tools to ship at a scale that shouldn’t be possible for a small team. directly with the founder and CTO. Solve a high-value information design problem where you turn dense, interlinked global tax data into legible, actionable insights for finance leaders. Work in a high-leverage environment that embraces AI-driven development and rewards engineers who balance product judgement with technical craft. What You Will Do Translate complex tax concepts into obvious-at-a-glance interfaces like entity graphs, intercompany flow diagrams, and compliance documentation. Evolve and own the design system and component library using Tailwind and shadcn/ui to ensure visual quality compounds. Build data-dense product views and manage the full feature lifecycle from TypeScript frontends to Postgres migrations and Go backend services. The ideal candidate Has 3+ years of experience building production web applications with a distinct focus on UI craft, hierarchy, and data visualization. Is proficient in the modern React ecosystem (Next.js, Tailwind) and comfortable working across the full stack with SQL and Postgres.
