Program Engineer III

• Active Top Secret/SCI or TS/SCI Eligible with completed Tier 5 investigation at time of submission

• Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in software development utilizing Agile frameworks (such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) to design, develop, and deliver software capabilities to production environments. Experience must include coding in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, Go, or C++), implementing modern architectural patterns (e.g., Microservices, Event-Driven, or Serverless), utilizing Git-based version control workflows (e.g., GitFlow or Trunk-Based Development), and participating in the end-to-end delivery pipeline from software design and development through automated testing to production deployment on Kubernetes, cloud, or virtualized environments.
• Minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience applying DevSecOps principles, including configuring automated security testing tools (such as SAST, DAST, SCA, and container scanners) as quality gates within a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline in a highly regulated government or DoD mandated environment (e.g., Overmatch Software Armory (OSA), Platform One, or equivalent).
• Minimum of (two) 2 years of demonstrated experience coding, integrating, and maintaining resilient software architectures designed for DDIL environments, afloat/ashore PaaS environments (e.g., Navy’s ACS, USMC’s CHE, or equivalent), and integrating software securely with Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS).
