Job Summary¿Quiere presentar una candidatura?Asegúrese de que su CV está actualizado y luego lea atentamente las siguientes especificaciones del puesto antes de solicitar.The Senior Software Test Engineer participates, working autonomously, in verification and validation activities for clinical solutions software, including, designing and developing procedures to test and report results and defects, and may include test planning.Key AccountabilitiesDesigns functional test cases scenarios with very good level of coverage and build traceability to requeriments.Identifies, reports, and re-test complex defectsReviews requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria to ensure test coverageDesigns and Executes test of the non-functional requirements for the project, such as performance, Cyber-security related and usabilityGenerates advanced metrics to assess testing progressParticipates in generating, in a daily bases, test documentation records.Executes Risk-base test cases and Understand Safety Risks associated with the project.Participates in the user stories Risk Analysis and Designs and builds traceability to Safety Requirements and risks mitigationsUses a wide range of cutting-edge technology to innovate while testing/developingCollaborates with other squad members to implement user stories, write tests, and continuously deliver new/improved product functionalityCould act as a Scrum master of the projectNetworking/Key relationshipsWill interface regularly with groups across the organization as neededMinimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:Education: Engineer, computer Science or other Technical degree, or equivalent work experienceKnowledge:Solid knowledge of Test Design TechniquesUnderstanding of Test against the functional requirements of a SW in both formal (TCs) and exploratory testing, giving the results and review other’s test designAdvanced Knowledge of Test Environment setupAutomation Coding skills and/or good TC implementation in at least one layer with capability of maintaining scalable test infrastructure, including configuration control, branching strategies, frameworks/tools, pipelines, and Continuous Testing practicesCommunicates with different teams to resolve technical dependencies during implementationCapable of adherence to an automated testing strategy and provide innovative ideas.Experience:Approximately 5-7 years of related experienceMedium SW Test automation experienceMedium Testing in Agile methodologyExperience in SW functional and non-functional test (desirable)Experience with issue tracking and defect managementExperience in Software Medical Devices development that follows ISO ***** is a plusSkills & Capabilities:The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit the following skills and competencies:Understand the impact of a feature.You break this down into associated tasks.You deliver frequently and predictably.Understand your dependencies and their limitations.Capability to define Test Plan (desirable)Capability to distinguish which regulation the company follows and how the project is categorized.Capability of performing the job while adhering to the required processes.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task.Proactivity, but still work well in a team oriented environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align the organization on decisions.Flexibility and adaptability to a fast changing environmentManifest problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simplyTeam collaboration skills to create innovative solutions efficiently.xqysrnhPassionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging/disruptive technologiesGood English speaking and writing skills.Travel requirements:Up to 5%
