Job description

This is a highly hands-on position with significant ownership. You’ll work closely with the leadership, clinical and operational teams to design and build technology used by both clients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

They’re looking for a Senior / Lead Full Stack Engineer who is comfortable taking ownership and building products in a fast-moving environment., * Strong experience shipping real-world products within a startup or scale-up environment, ideally Series A/B stage

Strong TypeScript and React / Next.js experience
Experience building backend applications using Node.js and/or Python
Good knowledge of PostgreSQL in production environments
Hands-on experience building and managing infrastructure within AWS
Experience across both frontend and backend development
Exposure to mobile application development
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data architecture and modern cloud environments
Experience shipping genuine LLM / Generative AI-powered features into production
Hands-on use of modern AI development and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or similar
A strong product mindset - able to understand a business or user problem and translate it into a simple, effective technical solution
Comfortable operating with autonomy and making technical decisions without relying on a large engineering team
