Requirements

  • Daily experience shipping production code with AI tooling (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar). Be ready to tell us what you have built this way.
  • Interest in driving AI adoption across a team.
  • At least 5 years of experience building production software, with depth on one side of the stack and solid competence on the other.
  • Strong “Medium” TypeScript and React, or strong Golang. We are open to candidates who are strong on one side and eager to learn the other. We are equally open to engineers fluent in Java, Kotlin, or C# who are eager to learn Golang with our support.
  • Solid understanding of event-driven distributed systems and concurrency.
  • Experience building services with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and DynamoDB.
  • Familiarity with API design patterns like GraphQL or gRPC.
  • Experience running your code on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • A pragmatic view of testing.
  • Experience with front ends that ship inside third-party products (widgets, SDKs) or with real-money systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Kafka, Terraform, or Docker is a plus.

About the company

Oddin is looking for an experienced full-stack engineer who works across a TypeScript/React front end and a Golang backend, and who already uses AI as their default way of writing code. You’ll build the products our partners integrate into their own platforms, and the systems behind them.

How we build - AI first:

  • Since Q2 we generate 80-90% of our code with AI. It is how the team ships, not a pilot.
  • We are hiring AI enthusiasts, not converts. You should already be fluent with agentic coding tools and know where they fail.
  • You will help push our adoption further and set the practices the team follows.
  • Code is now cheap to produce, so the hard part is review and verification. That is where we expect senior judgement.

What would you work on:

  • Deliver end-to-end functionality across a TypeScript/React front end and a Golang backend.
  • Build the products our partners integrate into their own platforms.
  • Work on our wallet system and the flows around it, where correctness comes first.
  • Build and operate game systems that run in a certified, audited environment.
  • Design and build APIs (GraphQL, gRPC, REST) for our own front ends and for partner integrations.
  • Help shape the architecture of a young platform on AWS.
  • Work in a collaborative, autonomous product team in a fast-paced startup environment with no strict processes.
  • Share knowledge and support other team members (e.g., through code reviews), onsite from the Prague office or completely remotely within the European time zone.
