Job description

The Information Technology Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting NIFA’s mission by ensuring reliable, secure, and effective technology systems across the organization. This position leads day-to-day IT operations while helping shape long-term technology strategy in partnership with leadership.

This role blends hands-on oversight with strategic coordination across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor management.

Job Specifications

  • Support implementation of IT strategy aligned with goals.
  • Oversee daily IT operations and systems.
  • Ensure system performance and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Manage third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Support IT budgeting and planning.
  • Maintain cybersecurity programs and compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and testing.
  • Lead IT support and issue resolution.
  • Develop user training resources.
  • Support data and reporting systems.
  • Improve workflows and efficiencies.

Requirements
