Senior Devops Engineer - Hybrid

About the profile We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and implement robust engineering processes and platforms.This position requires a comprehensive understanding that DevOps extends beyond tooling to encompass effective collaboration among teams.architecting scalable, secure and repeatable solutions that enable rapid software delivery while maintaining high standard standards.The role operates at a system-wide level: establishing best practices, shaping the software development lifecycle (SDLC), integrating security into pipelines, developing platforms that empower teams to work efficiently and safely.Design and evolve end-to-end SDLC with built-in security, compliance and operational controls.Coach engineers on reliability, deployment safety and operational ownership.Architect and maintain CI/CD platforms that enable fast, reliable and low-risk deployments.Standardize pipelines and environments while allowing controlled flexibility for teams.Own Infrastructure as Code as a single source of truth (Terraform).Design cloud architectures in Azure and AWS with focus on reliability, scalability and cost awareness.Ensure environment parity across dev, staging, and production.Support containerized and Kubernetes-based platforms.Define and implement SLIs, SLOs and error budgets as a shared language between teams.Build observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) as a trust mechanism5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.~ Strong hands-on experience with Azure, including Azure DevOps.~ Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).~ Experience with containers and Kubernetes in production environments.~ Proficiency in automation/scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).~ Experience with monitoring, logging and incident management practices.~ Experience introducing or evolving DevOps/SRE practices in organizations with existing silos.Cloud or DevOps certifications.Understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).Previous mentoring or informal technical leadership experience.SeniorEnglish: Hybrid work model and flexible working schedule that would suit night owls and early birds.~Full medical insurance for the employee and their family.~ Different training programs to support your personal and professional development.~ About us MIGx is a global consulting company with an exclusive focus on the healthcare and life science industries, with their particularly demanding requirements on quality and regulatory aspects.MIGx interdisciplinary teams from Switzerland, Spain and Georgia have been taking care of projects in the fields of M&A, Integration, Application, Data Platforms, Processes, IT management, Digital transformation, Managed services and compliance.#

5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure roles. ~ Strong hands-on experience with Azure, including Azure DevOps. ~ Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). ~ Experience with containers and Kubernetes in production environments. ~ Proficiency in automation/scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell). ~ Experience with monitoring, logging and incident management practices. ~ Experience introducing or evolving DevOps/SRE practices in organizations with existing silos.
