Service Department Receptionist

Show Low Ford is currently looking for a full time Service Department Receptionist. Position will be Monday - Friday, 7:45 am to 5:00 pm. Responsibilities include:

• Multi line phone system

• Booking service appointments

• verifying customer information

Show Low Ford, Inc is seeking a reliable and friendly Service Department Receptionist to join our team in Show Low, AZ. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our service department, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. You will manage incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the service department., * Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the service department.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately.
• Maintain organized records of customer information and service requests.
• Coordinate with service technicians and management to facilitate timely service.
• Assist with general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding service processes and pricing.

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, * Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
