Junior Data & AI Strategy Analyst - start in September 2027

You will help organizations make smarter, data-driven decisions. Your work combines analytical thinking with strategic insight and clear visual communication.

• Analyze business challenges and translate them into actionable data & AI opportunities.

• Support the creation of strategic roadmaps, capability assessments and business cases.

• Turn complex findings into clear, compelling slides and presentations.

• Perform data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL and Python to support strategic recommendations.

• Contribute to workshops, interviews and research to understand customer goals and pain points.

Are you about to graduate with a master’s degree and eager to kick-start your career in strategy, data and AI? Do you enjoy solving complex problems, turning insights into clear recommendations, and challenging the status quo with analytical thinking?, * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Skilled at structuring ideas logically and presenting them both visually (slide writing) and verbally (public speaking)

• Basic technical understanding of Python, SQL and Excel

• A passion for bridging business needs and technology

• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, and English.

• Master’s degree - preferably in Business, Engineering, Data or AI
