Data & Digital Transformation Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Perfumery & Beauty organization and contribute to the acceleration of its data, digital and AI transformation agenda.

In this role, you will support the structuring and operationalization of the Perfumery & Beauty data, digital and AI transformation agenda, working across business functions and Digital & Tech teams to turn strategic priorities into tangible progress.

You will combine strategic thinking, strong analytical capabilities and disciplined execution to help shape transformation initiatives, frame opportunities, support management decision-making and ensure coherence across the transformation portfolio.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and structured follow-up of strategic workshops, reviews and leadership discussions on data, digital and AI-enabled transformation topics.

• Frame AI-related opportunities and implications for Perfumery & Beauty, including areas such as creation, operations and ways of working, translating strategic questions into structured analyses and actionable options.

• Synthesize insights, risks, priorities and dependencies across initiatives to support management decision-making and strategic trade-offs.

• Drive analyses of AI, digital and data initiatives, use cases, roadmaps, maturity levels and external benchmarks to inform direction and priorities.

• Develop clear, decision-ready materials, including presentations, briefs and executive syntheses, for senior stakeholders on digital, data and AI topics.

• Support the orchestration of the Perfumery & Beauty data, digital and AI transformation agenda, ensuring coherence and alignment across initiatives.

• Coordinate inputs and facilitate collaboration across Perfumery & Beauty business teams, Digital & Tech experts and other relevant functions to enable progress.

• Monitor progress, milestones, dependencies and key actions across the transformation portfolio, proactively identifying risks and highlighting areas requiring decisions or arbitration.

• Connect business challenges with digital, data and AI-enabled solutions, helping translate technology-related opportunities into clear business implications without requiring deep technical expertise.

• A Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data, Digital or a related field.

• Approximately 8-10 years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, consulting, business analysis or related roles.

• Proven exposure to digital, data or technology-enabled initiatives, such as digital transformation programs, process digitalization or AI-related topics.
