Electrification Project Management ERP & Tools Process Owner / Responsable Processus & Outils ERP (H/F)

GE Vernova Electrification Systems is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to drive digital transformation across the Electrification segment. This role will serve as a key partner to the business, Global Process Owners (GPOs), and Digital Technology (DT) teams to advance process modernization, strengthen enterprise system integration, and unlock greater value from our digital technology landscape.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of business process expertise, enterprise systems knowledge, and transformation leadership, with deep experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA, particularly within Project Systems (PS) and Sales & Distribution (SD). This individual will play a critical role in defining the functional architecture and business process strategy needed to enable more standardized, simplified, touchless project management workflows across the organization.

This position requires a leader who can bridge business needs and technology solutions-translating operational priorities into clear functional requirements, identifying opportunities to leverage standard SAP capabilities, and driving integration across satellite tools such as Salesforce, Planisware, HighRadius, Edicom, and related enterprise platforms., * Lead the functional vision and roadmap for digital transformation across ERP and connected business systems within Electrification.

• Partner with business leaders, Global Process Owners, and Digital Technology teams to define and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
• Serve as the primary functional liaison between business stakeholders and DT, translating business requirements into clear functional direction and solution design principles.
• Drive process standardization, simplification, and harmonization across key business processes, with a focus on SAP Project Systems (PS) and Sales & Distribution (SD) .
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to maximize standard SAP S/4HANA functionality while minimizing unnecessary customization.
• Define business requirements, functional specifications, business rules, and process design documentation to support transformation initiatives.
• Develop the functional architecture and integration approach required to enable seamless data flow between ERP and connected applications, including Salesforce, Planisware, HighRadius, Edicom , and reporting tools.
• Support the design of a more automated and touchless end-to-end project management process across the business.
• Act as the functional owner for designated enterprise processes and systems, ensuring alignment to business objectives, compliance requirements, and enterprise standards.
• Lead governance for functional enhancements, change requests, and process improvement initiatives, including prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure adoption, process efficiency, standardization, and business value realization.
• Build and lead a strong key-user network to support adoption, collaboration, and continuous improvement across functional areas.
• Partner with DT and external vendors to resolve functional issues, support system performance, and guide capability enhancements.
• Lead training, communication, and change support activities related to ERP and associated digital tools.
• Stay current on industry trends, SAP roadmap developments, and best practices in enterprise process transformation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university or college.
• Significant experience in digital transformation, business process design, and enterprise systems within a complex global organization.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA , including strong functional expertise in Project Systems (PS) and Sales & Distribution (SD) .
• Demonstrated experience defining functional architecture, business requirements, and data flows across ERP and connected enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to work across business, operations, finance, and technology organizations to deliver transformation outcomes.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, governance, and cross-functional leadership., * MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in a leading consulting or advisory role within a top-tier consulting firm such as PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture , or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem , including standard capabilities, process integration, and enterprise design considerations.
• Experience with related enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Planisware, HighRadius, Edicom , and reporting solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to assess business pain points and translate them into scalable, value-driven functional solutions.
• Strong process mapping and business architecture skills, with the ability to define future-state workflows and supporting business rules.
• Experience establishing KPIs, measuring business value, and driving adoption of digital capabilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to engage senior leadership and global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
