3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer

As a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving IT systems for a business in the Natural Resources sector. Based in Bracknell, you’ll handle complex technical challenges, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the organisation’s technology needs., * Provide 3rd line support for IT infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Maintain and optimise server and network environments to ensure reliability and performance.
• Implement upgrades, patches and configurations to keep systems up to date.
• Monitor systems for potential issues and address them proactively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business-critical projects.
• Document processes and maintain accurate records of system changes.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing disaster recovery plans.
