Job description

  • Provide 3rd Line support across servers, networks and Microsoft technologies
  • Support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure and Active Directory
  • Administer VMware/Hyper-V environments
  • Support networking, backups and disaster recovery
  • Deliver infrastructure upgrades and technology projects
  • Maintain technical documentation and identify service improvements

Requirements

You’ll have experience with:

  • Windows Server
  • Microsoft 365
  • Azure & Entra ID
  • Active Directory & Group Policy
  • VMware or Hyper-V
  • Networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
