IT Support Engineer

• Provide technical support to staff and users across multiple sites.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network, hardware and software systems.
• Assist with the ongoing development and improvement of IT infrastructure.
• Resolve complex technical issues and ensure minimal service disruption.
• Support the delivery of a reliable and customer-focused IT service.

• Level 3 qualification in IT or a related discipline.
• Previous experience within an IT support, infrastructure or networking environment.
• Strong knowledge of networks, desktop hardware, operating systems and software support.

• Up to £28,000 DOE
