Software Engineer

You’ll be building and delivering software as part of capability development programmes across national security, policing and the wider public sector. The work moves at pace and the impact is tangible, whether that’s designing resilient backend services, integrating complex data sources or building the tooling that analysts rely on to make critical decisions.

Want real autonomy, genuinely interesting technical problems and work that matters across policing, national security and central government?, 3+ years of commercial engineering experience. They’re open across the stack, with strong backend or cloud experience the priority.

• Backend: Python, Java, C++, C# or Rust
• Cloud: AWS, Azure or Kubernetes
• Frontend: TypeScript or React (nice to have)
