Requires a, Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic or Electrical and Electronic Engineering and 12 months of related experience as a Systems Engineer; Product, System & PLM, Systems Engineer wanted in Farmington Hills, MI to be an Architect of robust complex systems with focus on quality, scalability, and speed to the market. Work collaboratively with multiple agile teams around the globe to help deliver end-to-end products and features, seeing them through from conception to delivery. Provide technical direction and development support to improve team effectiveness, knowledge, and overall capability through feedback and involvement. Stay abreast of industry trends and drive insights into systems engineer strategy. Drive consistency in approach and analysis across product development teams and projects. Through use of system design and simulation techniques, guide teams in terms of architectural design as well as verifying implementation performance. Understand vehicle systems and provide novel and effective solutions at the system level complete with requirements for development teams to achieve. Use systems design and simulation techniques for automotive component architectural design which are ASPICE and ISO2672 compliant to delivery end to end products to customer using CAN and LIN.
