Director of Business Systems and Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Systems and Transformation to lead enterprise-wide business systems initiatives, optimize operational processes, and drive digital transformation efforts. This leadership role is responsible for aligning technology solutions with business objectives, improving organizational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams through strategic change initiatives., Business Systems Leadership

• Develop and execute strategies for business systems that support organizational goals.
• Oversee the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of enterprise business applications.
• Ensure business systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with operational needs.

Digital Transformation

• Lead business transformation initiatives focused on process improvement and technology adoption.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive organizational change through innovative technology solutions and best practices.

Project & Change Management

• Manage complex business systems and transformation projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop change management strategies to support successful system adoption.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with executive leadership and department managers to understand business needs.
• Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and operational improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.

• Proven leadership experience managing business systems, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of business process improvement, project management, and organizational change management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide projects.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business applications, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change at all levels.

Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent certification.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
