Redhawk Auto Service in Temecula, CA is seeking an A/B Level Troubleshooter to perform advanced diagnostics, drivability, electrical, and general repair work on a wide range of vehicles. In this full-service neighborhood shop, you’ll handle inspections, brake and suspension jobs, maintenance services, and complex troubleshooting using scan tools and repair information systems. You’ll collaborate with a friendly, experienced team that values honesty, communication, and quality workmanship while helping educate customers and build long-term trust. • Complete brake, suspension, and steering repairs to manufacturer and shop standards
• Conduct routine maintenance services, inspections, and safety checks
• Use scan tools and repair information systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Document findings, repair recommendations, and completed work clearly on repair orders
• Communicate effectively with service staff and customers about vehicle conditions and needed repairs
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support a customer-first, honest, and team-oriented shop culture
• Pursue ongoing training and certifications to expand technical expertise
• Help mentor less-experienced technicians when needed
