Oracle EPM EPBCS Consultant

The Oracle EPM EPBCS Consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) solutions. This role involves collaborating with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver financial planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities that align with enterprise performance management goals., * Design and implement Oracle EPBCS modules such as Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects, and Strategic Modeling.

• Develop business rules, calculation scripts, data maps, data forms, and dashboards.
• Configure dimensions, metadata, security, and integration points within EPBCS.
• Manage data flows between EPBCS, ERP systems, and other data sources using tools like Data Management (FDMEE) and EPM Automate.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle Smart View and EPM Reports.
• Administer user access, roles, and application maintenance activities.
• Partner with Finance teams to translate business requirements into EPM solutions.

• 3-7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS / PBCS (Cloud EPM Planning).
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Experience in supporting FPA or corporate finance functions.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of EPM Cloud configuration, data management, and security setup.
• Experience in developing business rules using Calc Manager and Groovy scripting.
• Proficiency with Smart View, EPM Automate, and Data Management tools.
• Working knowledge of Oracle EPM architecture, metadata management, and integrations.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams in agile or waterfall delivery models.
