Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Senior IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or comparable enterprise technology delivery leader.
  • Experience managing enterprise Pega application development or enhancement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SAFe, SDLC, and DevOps methodologies and delivery practices.
  • Advanced Scrum Master capabilities with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving team accountability.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps for project tracking, backlog management, tasks, defects, reporting, and delivery governance.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring cross-functional IT project teams.
  • Experience developing and managing comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop detailed business requirements documents and user stories.
  • Experience partnering with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into executable delivery plans.
