Senior Mac Engineer

• Provide 2nd Line IT Support across hardware, software, applications and infrastructure-related issues.
• Provide hands-on support to users across a predominantly Mac (70%) and Windows (30%) environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating where appropriate.
• Manage and support devices through Workspace ONE and/or other MDM platforms.
• Administer and troubleshoot Okta and Active Directory, including user accounts, access and permissions.
• Support and administer Google Workspace across the business.
• Manage incidents and service requests through Jira Service Management (JSM).
• Work with Jira and Confluence within an Agile technology environment.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, account setup and access management.
• Assist with hardware, software and endpoint management, including configuration, patching and security requirements.
• Contribute to IT projects and wider technology initiatives alongside BAU support responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge articles within relevant IT systems.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements across the IT support function.
• Provide a high level of customer service to users across the organisation.

• 5+ years’ experience in IT Support, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment.
• Strong 2nd Line Support experience and the ability to work independently.
• Significant experience supporting Mac/Apple devices in a business environment.
• Experience with Workspace ONE and/or MDM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Okta and Active Directory.
• Experience working with Jira Service Management (JSM).
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence, ideally within an Agile environment.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to hit the ground running.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to balance day-to-day BAU support with project-based work.
