Job description

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Product & Design, you’d take complete ownership of architecting their central design system (Springboard)
  • A core objective for the role will be pioneering how design systems support dynamic, Generative-AI UI and agentic component rendering, working side-by-side with a dedicated Design Systems Engineer
  • Consolidate, architect, and own the design system centrally

Requirements

  • Strong experience in design systems - architecture, component management, rollout
  • Strong UI & Visual Design skills - aesthetics, brand, micro-interactions, polish
  • Extensive AI Experience: AI workflow experience and using AI to push component updates, experimenting with agentic UI generation
  • Able to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
  • Experience in B2B / B2G, and SC Clearance/SC eligibility is desirable (not essential).

Benefits & conditions

  • Salary: up to £75K plus equity eligibility
  • Remote working (with occasional travel to Belfast)
  • An exceptional work pattern including 4-day weeks during summer/December and 3 PM finishes on Fridays (adding ~30 extra days off per year)
  • They are tracking towards Series B, so there are significant growth opportunities for this role, including leadership and growing out a team as they scale
