Development Manager

The Development Manager is responsible for advancing the organization’s mission through fundraising, donor engagement, community outreach, marketing, and communication efforts. This position helps grow community awareness, strengthen donor relationships, coordinate events and campaigns, and support the overall sustainability and visibility of the organization., * Manage and maintain the organization’s website and online presence

• Oversee social media content and engagement
• Coordinate fundraising efforts, campaigns, and donor communications
• Assist with planning and execution of fundraising and community events
• Research, support, and apply for grant opportunities and execute submissions
• Develop marketing and promotional materials
• Build and maintain positive donor and community relationships
• Support outreach initiatives and partnerships within the community
• Collaborate with leadership to advance organizational goals and awareness
• Help ensure consistent messaging that reflects the organization’s mission and values
• Complete all other duties as assigned

Do you have experience in Research?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Previous experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, marketing, communications, or community engagement preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G Suite)
• Experience with social media platforms, online communications, and basic website management preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
