Hardware Engineer

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Hardware Engineer to design and optimize electronic hardware solutions for industrial and commercial customers in the wholesale technology sector. You will develop schematics, guide PCB layout, run simulations, and perform validation and debugging to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll support product definition, rapid prototyping, and design reviews while contributing to continuous improvement, documentation, and knowledge sharing across a global engineering organization.
