Senior 360 Consultant - IT Perm Team

A growing IT staffing organization is seeking a high-performing 360 IT Recruiter to own a defined IT niche from end to end. This is a revenue-driving role for a recruiter who understands their market, tracks industry trends, and can confidently close both clients and candidates. What you’ll do

• Generate new business within your IT niche through outbound sales, networking, and referrals
• Sell recruiting solutions directly to hiring managers, acting as a market subject matter expert
• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Meet or exceed KPIs including calls, interviews, submittals, starts, and revenue

• 5+ years of 360/full-desk IT recruiting experience
• Proven success within a specific IT niche (e.g., Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, ERP)
• Strong sales, sourcing, and closing skills
• Competitive, self-directed, and metrics-driven mindset
• Must reside in Washington State or the Portland, OR area

Compensation and benefits

• Generous base salary plus uncapped commission structure
• Typical OTE of $150K-$250K+, depending on experience and niche
• Strong desk ownership drives strong earning potential
