Technical Lead, Build and Release Infrastructure

Everpure, Inc. seeks a Technical Lead for Build and Release Infrastructure within Production Engineering. You’ll design and own CI/CD pipelines, automate builds, and optimize release processes for cloud data and analytics platforms. Partner with data engineering and product teams to create scalable, secure, and reliable deployment workflows. Lead a small team, set technical standards, and mentor engineers. You’ll experiment with modern DevOps tooling, champion best practices in configuration management, observability, and testing, and ensure smooth, low-risk releases in a collaborative, learning-focused culture., * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data and analytics platforms.

• Automate build, test, and deployment workflows to improve reliability and speed.
• Own and optimize release management processes and tooling.
• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams on deployment architecture and standards.
• Implement infrastructure as code for scalable, reproducible environments.
• Ensure observability, logging, and monitoring across build and release systems.
• Define and enforce best practices for source control, branching, and code integration.
• Lead and mentor engineers on Dev

• Troubleshoot and resolve production release and deployment issues.
