Technical Program Manager

Everpure, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of complex data and analytics initiatives for enterprise clients. You’ll own end-to-end program planning, roadmap definition, and execution across cloud data platforms, analytics, and AI projects. Partner closely with data engineers, BI developers, and client stakeholders to define requirements, manage scope, and track risks, dependencies, and milestones. You will drive agile ceremonies, ensure technical teams stay unblocked, and communicate clear status and outcomes to both technical and business leaders in a collaborative, learning-focused culture., * Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex data and analytics programs for enterprise clients.

• Collaborate with data engineering, BI, and AI teams to define technical scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Run agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure teams are aligned to roadmap and priorities.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Gather and refine technical and business requirements with client stakeholders.
• Provide clear, concise program status updates to technical and executive audiences.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet quality, performance, and business value expectations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and knowledge sharing within project teams.
