Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to support the development and delivery of a mobile application ecosystem that integrates directly with connected hardware devices in a regulated healthcare environment. This individual will partner closely with engineering, QA, regulatory, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, manage priorities, and drive successful product delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience owning mobile application features that interact with physical devices and can quickly contribute in a fast-paced Agile environment with minimal ramp-up time.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for Android mobile application initiatives.
• Gather, document, and refine business and user requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive delivery of new features, enhancements, and product releases.
• Collaborate with QA, compliance, regulatory, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Proactively identify and remove blockers while balancing business, technical, and user needs.
• Communicate roadmap priorities, feature status, and delivery timelines to stakeholders.
• Support mobile application features involving device onboarding, setup, pairing, connectivity, and user workflows.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Senior Business Analyst.
• Experience within medical devices, digital health, healthcare technology, or other regulated software environments.
• Proven experience owning mobile application features that connect to physical devices, including areas such as pairing, setup, onboarding, device connectivity, or hardware integration.
• Strong Agile experience working closely with software engineering teams.
• Experience collaborating with QA, compliance, regulatory, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage complex product backlogs.
• Strong prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills., * Experience supporting Android mobile applications.
• Background working on connected device products, IoT solutions, or mobile-to-hardware integrations.
• Experience operating within FDA-regulated or highly regulated product development environments.
• Ability to quickly understand complex product ecosystems and contribute with minimal onboarding.

• Effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines.
• Help scale product ownership capacity across a growing mobile development organization.
