Junior Agile Projects Operation Manager

OverviewJST is currently seeking a Junior Agile Projects Operation Manager to join our team. This position is a hybrid role with up to 3 days per week onsite in San Antonio, TX. This person would be supporting the operations and product delivery of multiple projects in a major USAF human resource management IT portfolio. Jr Agile Projects Operation Manager ResponsibilitiesSupport Agile delivery across multiple technical workstreams (.NET, Java, Oracle EBS) using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.).Provide direct operational support and coordination for the contract’s Agile Capability Development Teams.Serve as a backup Scrum Master or Agile Lead, stepping in to lead ceremonies, manage blockers, and maintain team momentum when needed.Independently craft and, office to the battlefield.
