IT Network Lead Specialist HR2026-07

Duties: Manage and support network infrastructure, including access, distribution, LAN, WAN, Wireless LAN, Voice/Voice Applications, internet switching, cabling, and associated infrastructure for local and regional sites. Support implementation of sites’ network initiatives and projects. Design and implement scalable and resilient network solutions for dynamic environments . Create and maintain network diagrams and documentation Support business communication systems, including phone and video conferencing systems. Assist in overall server monitoring/management, desktop/laptop computers, multifunction and single function printers, special purpose appliances and various peripheral devices in a Microsoft Active Directory environment. May work remotely within normal commuting distance of Farmington Hills, MI.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT Networking, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field plus three (3) years of post-bachelor’s experience as Senior Network Engineer or related. Experience must include: Cisco Catalyst Switch & Router; Cisco Meraki Wireless; Network Firewall Configuration/Management/Troubleshooting; Network Switching, Routing, Security, Wireless Configuration/Management/Troubleshooting; and Project Management. The required skills do not need to be maintained over the full term of required experience.
