IT Support and Systems Engineer in Minneapolis

• Provide technical support onsite and remotely to clients in the Twin Cities
• Monitor servers, networks, and devices using MSP tools
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, servers, firewalls, switches, and more
• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user migrations
• Respond to support tickets and document resolutions
• Assist in project implementation for clients across industries

• 5+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience a plus!)
• 2- or 4-year degree in IT-related field
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license for client site visits

Technical Skills

• Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra, Defender and Purview
• Active Directory, Group Policy
• Networking, firewalls, server setup and RAID monitoring
• Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V)
• Mac and Windows support
• Any MSP tools: RMM, Datto, Autotask, Connectwise Manage, Automate, Labtech, N-Able, Kaseya, Synchro, IT Glue, Auvik, Huntress, Sentinel One, Pax8, SAAS Alerts, Ninja RMM, Cove, Rewst, Blackpoint, Petra, Proofpoint, Avanan, Threatlocker, Liongard, If you’re passionate about IT, love problem-solving, and want to grow with a tight-knit team that values innovation, we’d love to meet you.
