Requirements

  • Epic Cadence OR Prelude certification/proficiency - REQUIRED
  • 5+ years of hands-on Epic build experience - REQUIRED
  • Strong Patient Access experience
  • Grand Central experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Must be comfortable performing hands-on build, maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical/application teams and end users
  • Candidates should be experienced enough to operate independently in a fast-paced Epic maintenance environment, * Epic Grand Central
  • Epic Referrals
  • Experience supporting complex Patient Access environments
  • Experience with ongoing Epic maintenance, optimization and enhancements
