Join a leading company in the insurance sectorWe apply cutting-edge technology to the insurance sector.Grow with us and lead pioneering projects in the industryHow is the working experience at Reale ITES?At Reale ITES, we offer the stability and expertise that only a well-established industry leader can provide.This position is based at our headquarters in central Madrid, offering full-time employment with flexible/intensive working hours (depending on the time of year) and a hybrid teleworking model with several remote days a week.We offer a permanent contract with a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.Reale Seguros is proudly recognized with top workplace certifications, including Great Place to Work, Family-Responsible Company (EFR), Gender Equality in the Workplace, and the Rational Hours Seal.Who are we looking for?We are seeking a experienced Cloud Enterprise Architectwith strog experience and knowledgein the following technical skills:Cloud Architectures: OCI / Azure / GCP.Microservices, APIs, and Containers: Kubernetes.DevOps / CI-CD.Cloud Networking and Security.Data Architecture: Data Lake, Streaming, AI Platforms.Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business ContinuityYou’ll be the ideal candidate if you bring the following skills:Strategic and Systems Thinking, Decision-Making on Complex Trade-offs, Leadership Without Direct Authority.Communication Skills: Ability to bridge the gap between top management and technical teams.Global Mindset: Comfortable operating in international environmentsWhat’ll you have to do?The selected candidate willdefine and guide the evolution of the Group’s cloud architecture, ensuring scalability, security, resilience and economic sustainability, in line with the IT strategy and regulatory constraints of the designated sectors (Insurance, Health, Wellbeing services, Real Estate).Act as a reference point for architectural designs and decision in Cloud environments at an enterprise level.Some more specific responsibilities:Strategy on Cloud and Target Architecture: Designing and maintaining the Target Cloud Architecture.Co-design together with Enterprise Architects the technological components necessary for any information system.Co-design application modernization methodsGovernance and architectural standards: Define cloud guidelines, principles, and standards.Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture and Security & Compliance (DORA, GDPR, local regulations)Cloud adoption & modernization: Support application teams in: Migration (rehost, replatform, refactor, particularly with AI) and modernization (microservices, APIs, containers).Promote cloud-native models and Define reusable architectural patternsInnovation & emerging technologies: Evaluate new technologies (AI/ML, serverless, edge computing).Enable advanced use cases (data platform, LLM, analytics).Anticipate trends and business impactsCost supervision (FinOps):Optimize cloud costs (TCO, unit economics).Work with the FinOps team to: chargeback/showback models and consumption control.Balancing performance and costsSecurity, risk and compliance: Ensuring secure architectures by design (IAM, encryption, network security).Manage issues of: Data security,resilienza anddisaster recovery, Vendor Risk and Cloud FocusVendor & ecosystem management: Evaluate and select cloud providers and solutions (OCI, Azure, GCP).Manage strategic relationships with vendors.Limiting/avoiding technological lock-in phenomenaTest Online#J-*****-Ljbffr
