Senior Systems & Infrastructure Engineer.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will operate as a hands-on IT generalist, responsible for managing and improving infrastructure across multiple locations. You will ensure systems, networks, and services are secure, stable, and high-performing., * Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and applications

• Administer Cisco networks (routing, switching, LAN/WAN)
• Support and optimise VMware virtual environments
• Maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
• Manage backup and disaster recovery processes
• Handle incident and problem management (ITIL-based)
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support
• Maintain clear technical documentation
• Support global operations and remote sites

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking and VMware
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server environments and core services
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills in an international environment

• Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 gross per year (excluding 8% holiday allowance)
• Full-time role (40 hours per week) with a 4/1 hybrid model (4 days office, 1 day remote)
