- Mitarbeit an der Planung und Umsetzung neuer IT-Projekte
- Organisatorische Einführung und Betreuung neuer Funktionen im Atruvia-Umfeld
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen, insbesondere aus MaRisk, BAIT und DORA
- Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Abläufe
- Koordination und Abstimmung zwischen Fachbereichen, IT-Dienstleistern und Compliance
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Organisation und Governance-Strukturen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bankenumfeld oder Studium mit wirtschaftlichem bzw. IT-bezogenem Schwerpunkt
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich IT-Organisation, Organisationsentwicklung, Prozessmanagement oder Regulatorik
- Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen sowie regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen und IT-Systemen
