Job description

Monitor and respond to security alerts through the CSOC.
Support cyber incident investigation and resolution.
Assist with Cyber Essentials Plus and security compliance activities.
Support phishing simulations and penetration testing.
Work with Microsoft security technologies, including Defender and Intune.
Provide support across cyber operations and wider IT service delivery.

Requirements

Interest in cyber security and technology.
Experience in IT support, service delivery or a cyber-related role.
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and security principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn, develop and work as part of a collaborative team.
