Microsoft 365 Specialist - Doncaster - c£55K

• Drive adoption and best practice across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Lead SharePoint Online adoption, improving user experience and information management
• Support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, including Copilot across Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and SharePoint
• Support emerging AI agent and Copilot Studio use cases
• Work closely with end users, local IT teams, service desk and European Modern Workplace teams

• 3-5+ years’ experience working within Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace or Digital Workplace environments
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies and SharePoint Online
• Good knowledge of Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Forms and Microsoft Copilot
• Proven experience driving user adoption, change management and employee enablement
• Experience delivering Microsoft 365 training and education programmes
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, security and compliance
