Data Specialist

We are seeking a Junior Data Specialist to turn complex data into actionable insights that improve service delivery and support organisational decision-making.

You will develop analytical frameworks, predictive models and data visualisations, working collaboratively with teams to solve business problems and deliver data-driven solutions. You will also support data governance, monitor performance metrics, share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.

We are looking for strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with Python, R or SQL, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly. Knowledge of machine learning, cloud platforms, data engineering or Agile methodologies would be advantageous.
