Job description

• Lead end-to-end investigation and resolution of complex customer issues.
• Perform advanced data analysis, log interpretation and systems-level debugging.
• Troubleshoot advertising technologies including Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, SDK and Pixel.
• Manage high-severity escalations and partner with Engineering and Product teams on resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend preventative or systemic improvements.
• Provide technical consulting and guidance to clients, partners and sales teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical solutions for non-technical audiences.
• Independently manage and prioritise a portfolio of high-value client escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in digital advertising and/or technology.
• Experience working across 2+ industries.
• Experience managing a multi-million-dollar book of business and working directly with senior clients and sales teams.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across advertising and business technologies.
• Customer-facing experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP.
• Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
