Job description

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your Silicon design verification skills on cutting-edge technology. At Imagination Technologies, innovation is at the heart of everything we do. As a Graduate Hardware Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in verifying and debugging complex hardware modules to achieve superior quality and correctness in GPU IP.

You will:

  • Collaborate with design, verification, and validation teams to develop advanced silicon solutions.
  • Prepare detailed test and execution plan to verify design modules.
  • Participate in reviews, providing insightful recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain and enhance testbenches, whilst learning debugging and bug hunting skills.
  • Within the first two years, you will have the chance to spend up to six months experiencing another department or technical domain.
  • Foster a culture of learning by contributing to training programs, knowledge-sharing sessions and technical guidance for other team members.
  • Leverage the latest techniques, tools and technologies in verification.
  • Plan, schedule and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
  • Contribute to open discussions and present technical findings effectively.
  • Regularly communicate with cross-functional team members to align on project progress.

You’ll have:

  • Solid knowledge of digital integrated circuit design techniques and methodologies.
  • Some hands-on experience in RTL design/verification at IP or SoC level.
  • Exposure to ASIC or FPGA design tools and environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, responsibility, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.

You might also have:

  • Exposure to writing assertions and creating coverage bins for verification.
  • Exposure to processor design.
  • Exposure to verification in UVM or formal verification methodologies.
  • Exposure to using AI tool for increasing verification productivity.
  • Proficiency in SystemVerilog, C, SystemC, C++, Python.
