Experteer Overview In this role you drive ABAP development and maintenance within Airbus Defence and Space’s ERP landscape.You will work in a multinational team to implement SAP best practices and support S/4/HANA and EWM-related initiatives.You’ll analyze issues, optimize performance, and document technical work while collaborating with key users and service owners.The role combines hands-on coding with coaching and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to the digital transformation of the ERP estate.You will engage in future SAP strategy and development guidelines across the national ERP area.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Develop, test and maintain ABAP code - Prepare technical documentation - Collaborate with business key users and SAP service/clusters - Apply SAP best practices and Airbus standards - Perform root cause analysis and performance improvements - Coordinate with international multidisciplinary teams throughout the product lifecycle - Work in virtual, integrated teams with strict schedules - Contribute to S/4 strategies for the SAP landscape - Guide and support junior developers together with management - Act as deputy during manager’s absence - Ensure development guidelines are followed in change managementResponsabilidades - 8 years of ABAP programming experience - S/4 HANA experience desirable - Desirable experience in EWM, QM, CS - Strong communication in Spanish and English - Willingness to guide and coach colleagues - Analytical thinking and problem-solving with team spirit - Ability to work independently or in a team and meet deadlines - Adobe Forms programming knowledge - Experience with module pool programming, DDIC, ALV, RFC, BAPI, OO, user exits, BAdI, enhancement framework, switch framework, IDOC, web services, OData - SAP certifications are an advantageRequisitos principales - Vacation and additional days off (+35 total) - Attractive salary and compensation - Hybrid working model where possible - Collective transport service on some sites - Health insurance, retirement plan, study grants - On-site facilities (canteen, medical office)
