Engineering Lead, Web Platform

Experteer Overview In this hands-on Engineering Lead role, you will define the technical direction for ClickHouse’s web platform while contributing code.You’ll partner with Design, Demand Gen, Content, Product Marketing and Engineering to enable rapid growth with high engineering quality.You’ll balance long-term strategy with day-to-day delivery, shaping the web experience for a global audience.Your work will impact performance, SEO, experimentation, and the overall developer ecosystem driving our digital presence.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Define and lead the technical strategy for the web platform * Architect, build and maintain the marketing website and supporting systems using Next.js, React, JavaScript, TypeScript and Strapi * Contribute production code across the platform * Improve performance, scalability, reliability, accessibility and maintainability * Own technical health of the website including Core Web Vitals, pipelines, observability and best practices * Collaborate with Demand Generation to enhance self-service capabilities and A/B testing infrastructure * Partner with Content to improve technical SEO and search performance * Work with Design to deliver exceptional user experiences while upholding engineering quality * Shape the web platform roadmap through cross-functional collaboration * Establish and maintain high engineering standards via architecture reviews and documentation * Evaluate modern technologies, tooling and AI-assisted development workflows * Help build a lean, high-performing web engineering team and participate in hiring when needed Responsabilidades * 10+ years of professional software engineering experience * Extensive experience with Next.js, React, JavaScript and TypeScript * Strong software architecture and systems design experience * Experience with headless CMS platforms, ideally Strapi * Deep understanding of web performance, accessibility and analytics integrations * Experience building production systems with deployment, monitoring and observability tooling * Excellent communication and collaborative skills across design, marketing and engineering * Pragmatic technical leader who mentors others while coding Requisitos principales * Flexible work environment * Healthcare * Equity in the company * Time off * USD$500 Home office setup * Global Gatherings
