Job description

Platform Administration domain. Create, maintain, refine, and prioritize Jira epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical enablers as part of backlog refinement, sprint planning, execution, review, and release preparation. Drive platform capabilities across infrastructure, environments, releases, integrations, scalability, reliability, security, user and access management, and operational readiness. Lead the evolution of the AI Forge Admin Panel, including user administration, roles and permissions, application and service catalogs, configuration management, governance workflows, and platform controls. Establish observability and analytics capabilities covering monitoring, logging, alerting, operational dashboards, platform usage, adoption, and performance reporting. Collaborate with architecture, engineering, DevOps, security, process, and operations teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, manage dependencies, remove delivery blockers, and ensure

Requirements

successful product outcomes. What You Bring Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Solution Architect, or in a comparable technical product role. Strong understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure, APIs, enterprise integrations, identity and access management, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, analytics, security, and platform operations. Proven experience managing technical backlogs in Jira and actively supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint execution, reviews, acceptance, and release readiness. Ability to translate business, user, operational, and governance requirements into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical enablers. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, architecture, engineering, security, DevOps, and operations teams. Experience with AI, GenAI, MLOps, SAP landscapes, enterprise integration patterns, Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
