Job description

To support our growth and take our products to the next level, we are seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the product vision that directly contributes to business success. You will work closely with cross - functional teams to develop products that are both innovative and high - quality, addressing real cu stomer needs. You will be responsible for the product roadmap, requirements gathering, and product launch. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that the product is built to specification and meets the needs of the customer. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Own the AI product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI/ML and GenAI-based anomaly detection solutions, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, business impact, and governance requirements.
  • Engage with customers, domain experts, and stakeholders to identify AI-relevant pain points and translate them into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics.
  • Drive iterative delivery with cross-functional teams across software engineering, data science, MLOps, UX/UI, and business, applying agile product management practices to deliver AI-powered capabilities.
  • Shape and continuously improve AI product capabilities including data ingestion, model lifecycle workflows, model evaluation, performance monitoring, drift detection, retraining, explainability, alert visualization, and GenAI-supported root cause analysis.
  • Enable adoption and responsible rollout by communicating product value, capabilities, and limitations, while ensuring alignment with AI governance, cybersecurity, compliance, data protection, and workers council requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master degree preferred
  • Strong AI/ML and GenAI understanding, including statistics, machine learning, LLMs, AI evaluation frameworks, model lifecycle concepts, explainability, monitoring, and responsible AI principles.
  • Proven product ownership or product management experience, ideally for AI, data, analytics, or software products, with the ability to define vision, roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, and measurable business outcomes.
  • User-centric and value-driven mindset, with the ability to translate user needs, domain challenges, and business goals into actionable requirements, success metrics, and impactful AI-supported workflows.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with engineering, data science, MLOps, UX/UI, business stakeholders, compliance, cybersecurity, and governance functions.
  • Strong agile, communication, and AI tooling capabilities, including Scrum practices, backlog refinement, iterative delivery, explaining complex AI topics to non-technical audiences, and using AI tools to support product definition, documentation, and lifecycle management.
