Job description

Execute information system security and accreditation processes utilizing the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Develop, review, and maintain critical security artifacts including System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, and POA&Ms using tools such as XACTA.
Ensure strict compliance with national security directives including JSIG, ICD 503, DAAPM, and NISPOM while overseeing software security controls, communication protocols, and encryption techniques., * Support major federal information systems and applications through comprehensive security engineering and compliance oversight.
Implement hardware and software security controls, secure communication protocols, and encryption tools.
Develop Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation and guide systems through end-to-end accreditation.
Interface with information assurance managers to review security documentation, SSPs, Risk Assessment Reports, C&A packages, and POA&Ms.
Manage system compliance and authorization packages using XACTA IA Manager.
Ensure adherence to national security information system standards, including JSIG, ICD 503, DAAPM, and NISPOM.
Provide oversight and execution for Assessment and Authorization (A&A) and C&A processes.
Maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Hold an active DoD 8570 IAM Level I certification.
