Job description

Manage and enforce information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies.
Maintain system security plans, configuration management for security software and hardware, and operational security posture.
Utilize extensive experience as an ISSO, DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, and knowledge of security tools, communication protocols, and encryption., * Propose, coordinate, implement, and enforce information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies.
Develop and maintain documentation for security authorization in accordance with established policies.
Provide configuration management for security-relevant information system software, hardware, and firmware.
Maintain operational security posture for information systems and programs.
Develop and update system security plans and other information assurance documentation.
Administer user identification and authentication mechanisms.
Plan and coordinate IT security programs and policies.
Manage and control changes to systems, assessing the security impact of those changes.
Apply expertise in ISSO/CSSO, system security, software configuration management, cryptography, and network protocols.
