ERP INTEGRATION DEVELOPER

The ERP Integration Developer serves as a key technical resource on the ERP Oracle team responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing integrations, data conversions, and technical solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This role functions as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, functional analysts, and technical teams-translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable integration solutions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong systems thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and hands-on experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations., * Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for resolving technical issues

• Build and maintain FBDI and HDL-based data loads, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
• Collaborate closely with functional teams to define integration requirements, data transformation rules, and end-to-end system flow
• Supports data conversion efforts for phased go-lives, including legacy-to-Oracle data migration strategy, cleansing, mapping, and cutover support
• Participates in design reviews, solution architecture discussions, and cross-functional planning sessions
• Evaluates and implement new Oracle Cloud features as part of quarterly updates
• Contributes to ERP stabilization efforts following new module implementations and phased expansions
• Produces and maintain technical documentation: integration specifications, data mapping, sequence diagrams, test scripts, and operational runbooks
• Required to have prompt, regular attendance in person and be available to work on-site during regular business hours and as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Additional years of equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:

• Preferred Oracle certifications (OIC, OCI, ERP Cloud)

WORK EXPEREINCE:

• 5 years of IT experience preferred
• Experience in K-12 education or public sector preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules, data structures, and integration touch points
• Familiarity with reporting and extract tools
• Advanced SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and debugging
• Ability to analyze logs, trace errors, and resolve integration failures quickly
• Skilled in designing clear and maintainable integration solutions with reusable components
• Knowledge of data migration and conversion techniques using FBDI and HDL
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting technical solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Translate business requirements into technical designs that are reliable, scalable, and easy to support
• Effectively interpret and incorporate Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and new feature releases into existing integrations and technical solutions, * Vision: Ability to read small print and view a computer screen for prolonged periods
• Hearing: Ability to tolerate exposure to noisy conditions
• Speech: Ability to be understood in face-to-face communications, to speak with a level of proficiency and volume to be understood over a telephone or computer
• Upper Body Mobility: Ability to use hands to grasp, and manipulate small objects; manipulate fingers, twist and bend at wrist and elbow; extend arms to reach outward and upward; use hands and arms to lift objects; turn, raise, and lower head
• Strength: Ability to lift, push, pull and/or carry objects which weigh as much as 5 or more pounds on a frequent basis. Incumbent may be required to physically restrain parties involved in a conflict
