Job description

  • Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of next-generation AI infrastructure, tools, and applications.
  • Partner across cross-functional engineering teams to translate evolving requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Drive technical standards, operational reliability, and the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies., * Develop, optimize, and maintain high-availability AI tools and applications using Python.
  • Serve as a technical lead, coordinating engineering initiatives and mentoring team members.
  • Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Argo CD and apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
  • Modify and integrate open-source software to support mission workflows.
  • Incorporate UI/UX principles to deliver seamless user experiences for AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Establish monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks to guarantee system performance and security.

  • Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Years of experience: 12+ years
  • Total Compensation: $320k+ yearly
