OverviewIn this role you will lead SAP data migration efforts across PP, MM, and/or SD modules and shape data management strategies for S/4HANA.You will work with senior stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into business language and collaborate with global teams.The position supports Horse Powertrain’s vision to move the automotive industry forward while expanding data capabilities.You will drive impactful data migration initiatives that enable scalable, compliant SAP implementations.ResponsabilidadesLead SAP data migration projects across PP, MM and/or SD modulesDevelop and deliver data management strategies aligned with S/4HANA implementationsCollaborate with senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts for the businessUtilize SAP tools such as Data Services and Migration Cockpit in migration effortsContribute to cross-functional SAP data governance and quality initiativesTravel occasionally to other Horse Powertrain sites as neededRequisitos principalesUniversity degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldOutstanding communication skills with senior stakeholdersStrong knowledge of S/4HANA data models and tablesExperience with SAP tools: Data Services and Migration CockpitKnowledge of the automotive industry and Horse Powertrain’s ambitionsExcellent written and spoken English; Spanish would be advantageousexcellent communicationcollaborative mindsetstakeholder managementS/4HANA data modelsSAP Data ServicesMigration Cockpit
